Forbes Advisor is looking for a Paid Search Campaign manager to join the Forbes Advisor Performance Marketing team, focusing on supporting one of Forbes' fast growing verticals. Reporting to the Head of SEM, this role will support and drive Forbes Advisor's performance marketing efforts across paid search. Responsibilities:
Performance
  • Work within our in-house PPC team to plan, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
  • Take ownership of channel performance, achieving targets and explaining any variance to leadership and stakeholders in management commentary or other forums as required.
  • Develop and execute best-practice PPC strategies to meet business goals, including keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and display network strategies.
  • Define both short-term and long-term strategies and execute them, providing recommendations for campaign optimization and audience growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members in determining the optimal tactics and approaches to deliver commercial priorities.
  • Build and manage a testing roadmap for your categories, ensuring successful experiments are scaled quickly and communicated to the wider team.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities, make informed recommendations, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Generate innovative ideas to challenge and reshape existing best practices.
  • Stay up to date with search engine updates and PPC industry trends.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with teams across Business Development, Product, Data, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance to drive growth and improve owned categories.

  • Experience with website analysis using analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and internal reporting tools.
  • Experience using external competitive research tools such as SEMrush, Adthena, or similar.
  • Highly motivated with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Enthusiastic about search marketing, with a desire to develop PPC and people management skills while growing professionally.
