  • This role serves as a dual-function Scrum Master and Project Manager, supporting up to two Agile Scrum teams while owning end-to-end project delivery across timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications for the client's technology organization.
Job Summary
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning activities across up to two Scrum teams
  • Coach and support Scrum teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, promoting continuous improvement and Agile maturity
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives
  • Remove impediments impacting team productivity and serve as a liaison between Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams
  • Manage projects from initiation through delivery, including scope definition, scheduling, workstream coordination, and executive-level status reporting
  • Own project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, risk management, dependency tracking, and escalation processes
  • Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technology teams, Product Owners, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and aligned with goals
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of proven experience serving in both a Scrum Master and Project Manager capacity simultaneously
  • Strong experience managing projects from planning through execution, including budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and project management best practices
  • Experience driving issue resolution and risk mitigation across complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Smartsheet, Mural, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities with strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
