Ndax is currently looking to hire a Bilingual Customer Support Representative (French and English). As a customer support Representative at Ndax, you will become one of the faces and names associated with our brand, so it is vital that you are friendly, understanding, patient, and kind to every Ndax client.

In this position, you will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services; you will also handle and resolve client's questions and complaints. Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential for candidates.
