Customer Service Representative

A hybrid-remote work schedule is available after the training period is complete.

This position will handle customer contact through incoming calls and involves helping our customers with scheduling appointments, getting technicians to resolve their home service concerns, and answering customer questions about their home warranty or home contracts. This position will also be responsible for outbound calls to customers about products, promotions, and scheduling service calls. Minimum two years of call center experience is required. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations with a positive attitude and sunny disposition required. 

What You Will Do:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services.
  • Call existing customers to inform of promotions
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
