    • MI, WI, IN, FL, GA, NC, SC, or TX
      (Applicants without a license or outside these states will not be considered)
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, call center, or sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • High-speed internet and a landline or VoIP phone (no mobile phones or hotspots)
  • Must pass a federal background check.
  • Must reside in an eligible state (excluding Dallas, Euless, or San Antonio)

Schedule and Training:
  • Training Start Date: October 2025
  • Training Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET
  • Regular Schedule: Weekdays only, between 7:45 AM – 7:00 PM ET
  • No weekends or evening shifts
