Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
• Develop individualized therapy plans using various evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, fostering a supportive atmosphere that promotes healing.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed on the latest mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on serving diverse populations who may struggle with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Our team is dedicated to working with clients who typically have limited access to traditional mental health services, ensuring that everyone receives the high-quality care they deserve.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards within the therapeutic context.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a diverse client base.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with families and couples.
• Specializations in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma recovery, or substance use disorders are highly favored.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on your experience and caseload availability. In addition to a rewarding financial package, you will also benefit from:
