In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for a variety of vital tasks aimed at patient care and clinical excellence:

• Client Engagement: Conduct individual therapy sessions, working directly with clients to establish and achieve personalized treatment goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based, prevention-oriented therapy to promote mental wellness and support clients in overcoming challenges.
• Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to evolving needs.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with other healthcare providers and community resources to facilitate integrated care and address the diverse needs of clients.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Licensure: Must hold a valid professional license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
