We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be part of our growing team.

We are an internationally renowned software company that sells world-class accounting and analytics software to professionals around the globe. CaseWare solutions are used by over 500,000 professionals, across 170 countries, and in 16 languages.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can work with our clients and our Success and Sales Teams on our vision to change the future of audit, financial reporting, and data analytics in the North American market.

What you will be doing:
  • Respond to client-related inquiries about CaseWare International's offerings, provide product overviews, licensing information, pricing, etc.
  • Build rapport quickly to nurture client and potential client relationships 
  • Pre-qualify leads for CaseWare's sales team
  • Become a product expert
  • Use a customer relationship management tool (Salesforce) to track activities and opportunities
  • Other ad-hoc activities as required
 
What you will bring:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is a strong asset.
  • Post-secondary education
  • Aspirations to grow professionally in the Customer Service, Success, and Sales environment 
  • Team player with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude to getting work done
  • Organizational skills to keep contacts and prospects organized
  • 2 years of customer service experience in the software sector or a similar role is considered an asset
  • An understanding of, or experience working in, the accounting or financial audit industry is considered an asset
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support day-to-day work and improve productivity 
 
Salary Range
 
The annual base salary for this position is between $50,000 CAD and $60,000 CAD per year. 
 
This role is also eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission, as well as other benefits. Actual pay within the listed range will be determined based on factors such as transferable skills, relevant experience, market conditions, and primary work location. The posted range is subject to change and may be updated periodically.
