Job description

About Keyrock

Since our beginnings in 2017, we've grown to be a leading change‑maker in the digital asset space, renowned for our partnerships and innovation.

Today, we rock with over 180 team members around the world. Our diverse team hails from 42 nationalities, with backgrounds ranging from DeFi natives to PhDs. Predominantly remote, we have hubs in London, Brussels, Singapore and Paris, and host regular online and offline hangouts to keep the crew tight.

We are trading on more than 80 exchanges, and working with a wide array of asset issuers. As a well‑established market maker, our distinctive expertise led us to expand rapidly. Today, our services span market making, options trading, high‑frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks.

But we’re more than a service provider. We’re initiators. We're pioneers in adopting the Rust Development language for our algorithmic trading, and champions of its use in the industry. We support the growth of Web3 startups through our Accelerator Program. We upgrade ecosystems by injecting liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols. And we push the industry's progress with our research and governance initiatives.

At Keyrock, we're not just envisioning the future of digital assets. We're actively building it.

We are looking for:

a meticulous and strategic Talent Acquisition (Sourcing) Partner to join our team and help us build the future of finance. We are seeking an expert in talent identification and engagement with a deep understanding of how to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines. The ideal candidate is methodical, data-informed, and skilled at building initial relationships with top‑tier professionals in the digital financial markets industry. Your work will be fundamental to our ability to attract specialized talent in a competitive market. The person will work under the supervision of a Talent Partner and will also be handling selected full‑cycle hiring processes. The role can over time evolve into an independent full‑cycle Talent Partner one.

Role Description

As a Talent Partner & Sourcer, you will be responsible for the top‑of‑funnel recruitment activities, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates for our open roles.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies as per Talent team request to identify potential candidates for critical roles across the business.
  • Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X‑ray search) and professional networks to proactively identify and contact passive candidates.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain curated talent pools for our core and future hiring needs, focusing on long‑term relationship building.
  • Candidate Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective candidates. You will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and personalized outreach that accurately represents the role and our company culture.
  • Initial Qualification: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, interest, and qualifications, and ensure a structured hand‑off to the Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide data‑backed market intelligence on talent trends, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarks to inform hiring strategies.
  • Data & Reporting: Track and analyze key sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, pass‑through rates, source of hire) to assess the effectiveness of sourcing channels and strategies.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and refine the candidate search accordingly.
  • Full‑cycle recruitment - support full cycle hiring needs for selected openings
Your Profile
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Business, or Human Resources is beneficial.
  • Sourcing Experience: A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in general talent acquisition, sourcing or research role, with a demonstrable track record of hiring passive, mid‑to‑senior level talent.
  • Industry Background: Experience within a high‑growth technology, digital assets or fintech company is strongly preferred. Experience sourcing for roles in algorithmic trading and digital financial markets (crypto) is a significant plus.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of direct sourcing techniques and proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and other talent platforms.
  • Domain Interest: A genuine interest or prior experience in trading and digital asset markets is an asset.
  • Analytical Mindset: A process‑driven and analytical approach to sourcing, with the ability to use data to guide your decisions.
  • Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Autonomy: A proactive approach with the ability to manage your workload independently and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and personalization in candidate outreach.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (oral & written).
Our recruitment philosophy

We believe the most important aspect of our recruitment process is self‑awareness: we are looking for people who have a clear understanding of themselves and what they are looking for in their professional career. That means that we expect to work with people who not only have the right skills, but who have also made the conscious decision to look for a company in our industry and with our characteristics.

Our offer
  • A competitive salary package, including benefits that you choose and manage according to your needs and those of your family (car/bike, meal vouchers, health insurance, 25 days off, etc.)
  • Complete autonomy in your time management thanks to flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely
  • The freedom to create your own entrepreneurial experience by being part of a team of people in search of excellence who all receive stock options from the first year
  • A ton of fun in a thriving and multicultural environment, with colleagues enjoying regular team building activities

Keyrock offers you both a career and a large range of benefits that we will gladly discuss in the course of the application process.

As an employer we are committed to building an inclusive, diverse and non‑discriminating work environment. We welcome employees of all backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, creed and sexual orientation. We hire, reward and promote entirely based on merit and performance.
