A Perceptive Approach to Growth Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic virtual team. You will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychologists, social workers, and health care providers, fostering a supportive and integrated work environment. • Conduct weekly telehealth sessions using evidence-based practices to address a variety of emotional disorders in adult clients.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on resolving family relationship issues and behavioral patterns that hinder personal growth.
• Utilize video conferencing software to deliver remote therapy while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Guide clients and their families in developing coping mechanisms and strategies to address their challenges constructively.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and mental health needs, providing accurate diagnoses and creating actionable treatment plans to achieve personal and therapeutic goals.

You will primarily serve adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and various emotional disorders. Your role will be essential in providing them with insightful support and equipping them with the tools necessary for personal development and family healing.

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current and active LMFT licensure in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals and families.
• Proficiency in using technology, including telemedicine platforms and electronic health records.
• Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic principles, methodologies, and best practices for diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.

• Experience in providing telehealth services, with an understanding of the nuances and unique approaches required in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with behavioral health treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
• Previous involvement with multidisciplinary teams in community health or addiction settings.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
