  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and session notes, following ethical and legal standards.
  • Engaging in regular consultations with your support team and utilizing community resources to enhance client care.

You will primarily serve individuals in need of mental health support across Pennsylvania, including clients with varying backgrounds and experiences. Our design promotes inclusivity and diversity, ensuring that therapists from different skill sets and backgrounds are available to meet the multifaceted needs of our clientele. • Current licensure as a fully qualified professional in Pennsylvania: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create a rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • An independent worker who is both creative and adaptable, ready to embrace the challenges of a remote working environment.
  • A dedicated workspace compliant with privacy policies, enabling confidential client interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience managing a diverse caseload, demonstrating proficiency in various therapeutic approaches.
  • A background in telehealth or remote counseling practices is advantageous but not essential.
  • Having dual or multi-state licenses is a plus, thereby enhancing your capacity to reach more clients.
