This job assists in the implementation and optimization of marketing initiatives. Drafts, builds and edits content for web and email, marketing materials and social media posts; collaborates with the creative media services and digital marketing teams on creative ideas, video support, design options, functionality, implementation and content; assists in review of web and social data and search engine optimization (SEO) insights to inform decisions on tactic optimizations and website enhancements; participates in the strategic planning process for stakeholders; and assists with content writing, web projects, optimizations, social media campaigns, and the maintenance and growth of social programs. Supports additional projects related to marketing tactics to build brand awareness and contribute to department growth, including other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
This position is primarily a remote role with occasional on site work days required.

Education
Required - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, writing, digital media or related field.
Work Experience
Required - 3 years of experience in web management and content creation.
Preferred - 3 years of experience in content creation for web, content management systems (CMS), social media and Google Analytics.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Knowledge of major social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and their analytics capabilities.
  • Writing and editing skills and knowledge of Associated Press (AP) style.
  • Analytical skills and ability to use logic to formulate solutions to problems.
  • Knowledge of user interface (UI)/user experience (UX) and search engine optimization.
  • Organizational skills and ability to pay acute attention to detail to produce accurate, high quality work.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite and content management systems.
  • Time management skills to complete tasks in a timely manner and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities and frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to have reliable transportation to travel throughout and in between locations and occasionally out of town.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and extended hours.

  • Supports the creation and management of web/social content and projects for optimal user experience.
  • Drafts, builds and edits web content, including online copy, creative assets, video and social media content while maintaining consistency with brand or sub-branding guidelines.
  • Supports online reputation management and provider profile accuracy through reputation monitoring and reporting and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of provider profiles.
  • Collaborates with brand, design and creative media teams and/or manages external vendor partners on creative ideas and design options, functionality, implementation and content within brand guidelines.
  • Reviews analytics reports and user behavior to gain knowledge of digital marketing strategy, track return on investment (ROI), bring new ideas and trends to team and inform decisions on optimizations and website enhancements.
  • Participates in the strategic planning process for clients and assists with web projects, optimizations and social media campaigns.
  • Assists with maintenance and growth of social programs and content for the brand.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
