Practice Growth Advisor

HIP Creative

Pensacola, FL • On-site, Remote

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement, PTO

Re-posted 8 days ago

Job description

Turn your practice operations expertise into practice growth expertise.
HIP is looking for a Practice Growth Advisor - someone who's worked inside an orthodontic or dental practice and knows exactly what makes patients show up, say yes to treatment, and stay. If that's you, we want to teach you the marketing side and turn you loose on real results.
This is not a traditional marketing account manager role.
The best fit has lived inside practice operations - as a practice manager, practice consultant, or ops-focused practice leader - and wants to use that hard-won experience to help owners and teams grow. You don't need to walk in as a digital marketing expert. We'll teach you HIP's marketing strategy, reporting, and campaign language. What we can't teach is your ability to read a practice, coach a team, hold people accountable, communicate with confidence, and obsess over the details that actually move the needle.
As a Practice Growth Advisor, you'll partner directly with orthodontic and dental practices to connect the dots - marketing, lead response, scheduling, show rates, treatment coordination, patient follow-up, conversion to start - and show partners exactly what's working, what isn't, and what to do next to drive growth and ROI.
If you're tenacious, sharp on the details, proactive, and genuinely energized by helping practices win, this role was built for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage a portfolio of 35-40 orthodontic and dental partners while maintaining a high-touch, white-glove partner experience.
  • Lead 10 to 12 weekly partner calls focused on growth strategy, marketing performance, opportunity conversion, scheduling, CRM usage, front desk execution, treatment coordinator performance, and partner accountability.
  • Review key performance indicators across the full opportunity funnel, including lead volume, scheduled appointments, show rate, pending patients, starts, lost opportunities, and ROI.
  • Coach practice owners, front desk teams, scheduling teams, and treatment coordinators on the behaviors and systems that improve conversion.
  • Help partners understand how HIP's marketing strategy connects to practice growth, patient starts, and revenue.
  • Learn and present HIP's marketing strategy, including paid media, SEO, website performance, lead generation, creative strategy, and reporting insights.
  • Identify performance issues and friction points quickly, then develop clear action plans to improve results.
  • Maintain proactive communication with partners, including timely follow-up, clear next steps, and a 2 to 3 hour response window during business hours.
  • Document calls, action items, partner updates, risks, and next steps in HighLevel (CRM) and ClickUp (Project Management Tool).
  • Collaborate with HIP's Paid Media, SEO, Web, Creative, Sales, and Support teams to ensure partner needs are clearly communicated and addressed.
  • Identify at-risk partners early and help lead 30/60/90 day plans to improve account health and retention.
  • Show up with urgency, ownership, precision, and a genuine commitment to helping partners grow.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • You have hands-on experience in the orthodontic or dental space and know how practice operations drive growth.
  • You understand how front desk, scheduling, and treatment coordinator teams operate - and can spot when a practice has a lead, scheduling, follow-up, conversion, or accountability problem.
  • You're comfortable coaching people, giving direct feedback, and pushing teams to improve.
  • You're highly organized, with a natural instinct for tracking details, next steps, and follow-through.
  • You're proactive - you act without waiting to be told.
  • You're hungry to learn marketing strategy and can turn data into clear, practical recommendations.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • You speak with confidence to doctors, executives, owners, and practice teams alike.
  • You take ownership of partner outcomes, especially when results fall short.
  • You hold yourself to high standards for communication, organization, and execution.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
  • 3+ years in orthodontic or dental practice operations
  • Experience coaching, training, or managing dental/orthodontic teams.
  • Strong grasp of the patient journey, from inquiry to scheduled appointment to consultation to start.
  • Ability to read performance data, spot trends, and turn insights into clear action steps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and strong organization.
  • Ability to manage 35-40 partner relationships with timely communication and follow-through.
  • Comfortable using or learning tools like HighLevel, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, PandaDoc, and reporting dashboards.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free remote workspace.

COMPENSATION
This role includes base pay plus commission tied to partner retention and account performance.
BENEFITS
  • 401(k) matching
  • Dental Insurance
  • Health Insurance
  • Vision Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • PTO eligibility after 90 days of hire (10 vacation days the first year of service, unlimited PTO starting year two, flexible partial days, and sick/ personal days)
  • Remote position (You MUST be located in the US.)

SCHEDULE
  • 8 am- 5 pm CST
  • Monday to Friday
