• Coordinate services with case managers, families, healthcare professionals, and educational personnel to deliver integrated care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Regularly attend and actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to promote professional development and enhance team collaboration.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture that values open communication, mutual support, and shared learning experiences.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are sensitive to the developmental stages and family dynamics of clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create comprehensive treatment plans, while maintaining accurate documentation such as assessments, treatment plan reviews, and case notes in accordance with company policies.
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to empower clients in achieving their mental health and personal goals.
• Prepare and submit individual session documentation promptly to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and optimize continuity of care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Health Restoration Counseling Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base encompassing individuals of various age groups and cultural backgrounds. You will provide compassionate care to clients facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships. Our telehealth model promotes access to care for those who may experience barriers to traditional therapy settings.

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of one of the following licenses: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele and demonstrating cultural competence.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Records systems; experience with Valant is considered a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate treatment plans and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to complete documentation timely and accurately.
• Ability to model professional boundaries when interacting with clients, ensuring a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.

• Experience in telehealth service delivery.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary teams focused on integrated care approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to apply creative therapeutic techniques tailored to clients’ needs.
