We are seeking an experienced Creative Design Director to join our Corporate Marketing Team! This is a REMOTE position

About the job

In this leadership role, you will oversee the creation and execution of innovative design and content projects that support business growth and enhance brand presence. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of creative initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling visual and written materials that engage clients and drive results. 

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $115940 per year - $150040 per year

What’s in it for you

  • Develop creative print and presentation solutions tailored to client needs and marketing objectives, converting goals into effective strategies and overseeing production of collateral. 
  • Lead all phases of custom design projects, from brainstorming and concept development to final production, providing creative direction and supervising designers on complex projects. 
  • Create visual assets that support sales pitches, marketing campaigns, and business development efforts while participating in bid meetings to align output with client expectations. 
  • Develop, improve, and maintain content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies. 
  • Manage and support client relationships, oversee the proposal process from start to finish, and edit RFP Q&A content for reuse in future bids. 
  • Lead and train teams, foster a positive work culture, work closely with multiple departments, and implement workflow improvements and new technologies to ensure high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
