About the Role
Are you equal parts creative visionary, tech evangelist, and operational strategist?
As our Consultant of Creative AI & Innovation Enablement, you will stand at the intersection of creative craft, dynamic technology, and scalable business transformation. You won't just keep up with emerging tech-you will define how our teams leverage Generative AI, creative automation, and modular design systems to do the best work of their careers, faster and more safely than ever before.
In this high-visibility role, you will bridge the gap between creative teams, engineering, and business leadership. You'll evaluate modern tools, design pilot programs, train talent, and establish the governed, repeatable workflows that power our global creative ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI & Creative Technology Strategy
  • Drive the overarching enablement strategy for Generative AI (text, image, video, dynamic creative) and creative automation across the organization.
  • Continuously scout, evaluate, and pilot emerging SaaS tools, platforms, and AI models relevant to creative production, dynamic content optimization, and workflow orchestration.
  • Partner with technology leadership to evaluate vendors, manage proof-of-concept (POC) trials, and ensure seamless integration with our Design Systems, DAM, and CMS platforms.
2. Workflow Transformation & System Scaling
  • Audit existing creative workflows to identify friction points and unlock opportunities for improved speed, scale, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Design Systems Lead to move project work from one-off creative efforts to modular, component-based design pipelines.
  • Develop, test, and document scalable workflows, playbooks, prompts, and templates that turn successful experiments into day-to-day creative operations.
3. Enablement, Training & Capability Building
  • Assess internal skills gaps across creative, strategy, and production teams; design hyper-engaging training programs, workshops, and office hours.
  • Curate external training resources and certification pathways to fast-track internal AI fluency and tool adoption.
  • Act as an internal consultant and subject matter expert, translating complex technical capabilities into actionable creative opportunities.
4. Responsible AI, Governance & Change Management
  • Champion responsible and ethical AI adoption, establishing clear guardrails around IP, copyright, brand safety, accessibility, and data privacy.
  • Drive change management strategies that eliminate friction, alleviate technology anxiety, and build excitement around human + AI collaboration.
  • Author comprehensive user guides, governance frameworks, and best practices for emerging tools.
5. Measurement, Analytics & Leadership Insights
  • Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to track tool adoption rates, team fluency, production efficiencies, and qualitative creative output.
  • Deliver ROI insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership regarding future technology investments.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years driving creative technology initiatives, digital production transformation, design operations, or creative workflow optimization. (Direct experience with Generative AI workflows is strongly preferred).
  • Technical & Tooling Literacy: Deep familiarity with modern creative production ecosystems:
    • Generative AI: Prompt engineering/architecture, image/video generation tools, LLM workflows, evaluation frameworks.
    • Systems & Automation: Modular content frameworks, Design Systems, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and workflow automation.
    • Creative Operations: Enterprise DAM, CMS, prototyping engines, and workflow orchestration software.
  • Bridge-Builder Mindset: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to build trust with designers, copywriters, developers, and executive leaders alike.
  • Proven Facilitator: Experience building curriculum, conducting hands-on workshops, and training non-technical audiences on technical tools.
  • Data-Informed: Ability to build performance frameworks, analyze usage data, and articulate business impact to stakeholders.
  • Curiosity & Ethics: Passionate about pushing creative boundaries while maintaining high standards for ethics, accessibility, and brand integrity.
