  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client objectives.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions through individual and group counseling sessions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
  • Facilitate ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and clinical supervisors, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and case discussions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will serve a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents to adults, each with unique backgrounds and circumstances. Our clients often contend with a variety of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance use issues. Your empathetic approach will be essential in establishing rapport, allowing you to effectively guide them through their healing journeys and develop coping strategies that lead to lifelong change.

Qualifications
  • A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.
  • A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated experience providing individual and group therapy within various mental health settings.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with a wide range of clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for client interaction and documentation.
  • Commitment to ethical practice standards and dedication to maintaining client confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in telehealth counseling services is highly desirable, given the remote nature of this position.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate efficient documentation and client management.
  • Additional certifications in specialized therapies (e.g., EMDR, DBT) can enhance the treatment options available to clients.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we are pleased to offer a robust benefits package that includes:

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer contributions.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage to support your professional practice.
  • A 401(k) retirement savings plan with matching contributions to help you plan for your future.
