About the Role

Employee Benefits Account Manager job opening that supports a North Carolina sales team. This role is heavily client facing and will require strong communication skills to support clients with plan management and benefits administration for complex and self-funded programs. Other duties include:

  • Serve as the primary client liaison and relationship manager
  • Closely monitor benefits plans with including daily service needs, compliance, value adds, and ben admin
  • Make plans that optimize your workflows and manage timelines especially during the renewal process which you’ll be involved with from A-to-Z

Location: Remote within North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia

Experience: Minimum five (5) years of group health and welfare insurance industry experience in a similar client service role + an active state insurance license
