This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to operate from any location with a reliable internet connection. • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to gather relevant client history, including substance abuse and mental health evaluations.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive, integrated care for every client.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting their involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain diligent and accurate records, adhering to all regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Your primary focus will be on working with adolescents and young adults facing mental health challenges. Many of these individuals seek support due to the pressures of contemporary life, including academic stress, social isolation, and emotional trauma. Your role is vital in guiding them towards robust mental health outcomes through personalized and empathetic care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• An active state license as either an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD is mandatory to practice.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth therapy, including experience with Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor at all times.
• An empathetic and engaging approach towards building rapport with clients.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Experience working with adolescents and a good understanding of mental health issues prevalent in this demographic.
• A willingness to participate in ongoing training in our unique treatment frameworks and care pathways.
• Strong comfort level working independently from home while ensuring strict patient confidentiality and privacy.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.
