• Prepare and submit session documentation promptly, adhering to the company's guidelines for clinical practice.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Diversus Mental Health & Wellness, you will work with a diverse client population with various mental health challenges. Your role will involve providing individual counseling and support to adults, adolescents, and families from different backgrounds, ensuring that all clients feel heard, understood, and supported in their healing processes.

• The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills essential for documenting services and engaging with clients effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries while modeling stability and support to clients.
• Proficiency in timely completion and submission of clinical documentation and administrative tasks.
• A commitment to serving a diverse clientele while conveying comfort and familiarity during sessions.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical mental health setting, providing counseling services.
• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and interventions to cater to different client needs.
• Background in case management or coordination of care could enhance effectiveness in this role.
