• Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or solution-focused brief therapy, to support clients in their healing journey.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to confidentiality standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to provide comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with the tools and resources necessary to navigate emotional challenges.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, particularly those focused on trauma and grief.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing creative solutions for complex emotional dilemmas.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

• Experience in hospice or end-of-life care settings is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and digital tools for client engagement can be an asset.
• Training in integrating mindfulness techniques or trauma-informed care approaches within therapeutic practices.
