Middle Blossom Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in Long Beach, California. This position is designed to be fully remote, allowing therapists to provide counseling from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a connection with our outpatient office team in Long Beach. Our flexible work culture is conducive to creativity and innovation, empowering our therapists to approach therapy sessions with a fresh, enjoyable perspective. You will engage in regular virtual team meetings to collaborate on client care and share insights within a diverse group of practitioners.

• Conduct thorough evaluations for clients to determine mental health diagnoses and create individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals.
• Maintain an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week, engaging each individual with tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Document all sessions meticulously, adhering to company policies regarding clinical assessments, treatment plan updates, and case notes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and educators, to coordinate support and services as needed.
• Utilize innovative techniques during sessions to inspire clients and help them exceed their goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and clinical staff meetings, contributing to professional development and cultivating a thriving team culture.

Our practice focuses on serving children, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. As a therapist, you will engage with clients facing a range of challenges—from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and behavioral issues. Your role will be crucial in empowering clients to navigate their mental health journey, enhancing overall quality of life through informed and compassionate care.

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current LMFT PA clinical license to practice.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation processes, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective therapist-client interactions.
• Experience working with a diverse client base and demonstrating stable boundaries and professionalism in all interactions.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

• Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with teletherapy modalities.
• Proven track record of implementing creative interventions.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, alongside a sign-on bonus and additional hourly pay structure that includes commission for client sessions.
