STATUS: Full time, exempt

LOCATION: Remote in Eastern Washington/Idaho

SALARY RANGE:$110,000- $125,000/yrbased on interview outcome and overall qualification (Additional Compensation: commission program based on percentage gross margin)

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization. We are looking for a District Manager who focuses on chemical sales with experience in the chemical industry, or a related field. The successful candidate will work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer support to potential and existing clients. This candidateis required totravel locally to meet with current and existing clients as needed.


Essential Job Functions (Sales & Service):

  • Generate and execute sales plans with new and existing customers to achieve growth targets.
  • Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant and facility executives, to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Provide on-site and virtual technical support to customers byidentifyingand resolving challenges and escalating issues as needed.
  • Support clients with repairs and maintenance to uphold our chemistry / equipment programs.
  • Engage in problem-solving by conducting system analyses, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensureoptimalcustomer operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive training on Cesco products, verifying proper application equipment functionality, and troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Actively promote and support Cesco innovations and technology within assigned accounts to strengthen long-term business relationships.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed (30%-50%) throughout the region.
  • Clean driving record and validdriverslicense.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in the wastewater treatment industry, with a primary focus on customer accounts and sales.
  • Must have technical knowledge of wastewater treatment plants, including a variety of experience in food andbeverage, mining, oil and gas, or related.
  • Must sit inEastern Washington.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-10years experienceselling chemical solutions.
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry,biologyor related field.


Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Travel required: 30-50%.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employeeis regularly required touse hands and fingers to handle, feel oroperateobjects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
  • The employee isfrequentlyrequired to stand, talk, hear, walk, etc., and sometimes needs to lift and/or move various weighed objects.


Licensing & Special Requirements

  • Incumbent is subject to a background check.
  • Local State Drivers license and proof of insurance required by the time of hire.
