About the Opportunity

Weโ€™re looking for an Agency Producer to partner closely with our in-house production team and clients โ€” managing projects from brief to delivery. Youโ€™ll be the connective tissue between creative, production, and client teams, ensuring clarity, quality, and on-time execution.

What Youโ€™ll DoProject & Production Oversight
  • Manage multiple video and motion projects from kickoff to final delivery

  • Build and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all stakeholders

  • Anticipate risks or scope changes early and align the team accordingly

  • Keep Asana boards, production schedules, and deliverables current

Client & Partner Collaboration

  • Serve as a key client contact throughout projects

  • Ensure client expectations are clear, realistic, and consistently met

  • Partner with leadership to translate creative direction into actionable production plans

Internal Coordination

  • Work directly with directors, editors, and designers to maintain workflow and priorities

  • Facilitate smooth handoffs between sales, creative, and production
