Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced knowledge of technical concepts and principles to design and develop a variety of software projects.
  • Ensure applications meet functional and non-functional requirements by actively participating in testing efforts and following quality standards.
  • Write high-quality, performant code that adheres to company guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Participate in team processes for planning, tracking work, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain extensible applications, APIs, and database models.
  • Gather and refine project requirements with user experience designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in deployments and support applications after release.
  • Mentor engineers on best practices, coding standards, and software development processes to improve team capabilities and overall code quality.
