Job description

MACC, a division of Harris; is seeking an AI Champion who will be at the forefront of our innovation.

Are you passionate about using artificial intelligence to solve real-world business problems? In this role, you will identify key business challenges and design groundbreaking AI-driven solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will collaborate with leaders, customers, and developers to shape the future of our AI capabilities.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. Travel is required as needed, approximately 10%. Candidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally. This includes either passport based visa exemption or possession of any required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean.

Salary:$70,000 - $100,000

What your impact will be:

  • Strategize & Innovate: Engage with industry leaders and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable AI projects.

  • Design & Architect: Create the high-level blueprint for our AI solutions. You will select the right machine learning models, frameworks (like TensorFlow or PyTorch), and infrastructure to get the job done.

  • Lead & Collaborate: Guide cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to build and deploy proof-of-concepts, ensuring our solutions are effective and technically sound.

  • Ensure Quality & Integrity: Identify and mitigate potential risks in our AI systems, such as data bias and model drift, and establish robust monitoring to track performance.

  • Be a Thought Leader: Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and articulate a clear vision for how we can leverage them to maintain our competitive edge.
