This role is primarily remote, enabling flexibility while you work from a supportive home-based setting. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather detailed background information from clients, enabling the formulation of personalized treatment plans that align with their unique goals.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions and lead dynamic group therapy discussions targeting mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and more.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and community resources to provide integrated care that ensures clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.
• Participate in continuing education courses and training sessions to stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in the field of mental health.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of therapeutic programs by sharing creative ideas and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution is essential.
• Possession of an active state license/certification (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) is required to practice as a mental health counselor.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience working with clients dealing with psychological or emotional challenges is a prerequisite.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients quickly, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, enhancing efficiency in documentation and client management, is preferred but not mandatory.
• A background in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities would be advantageous.

• We offer a competitive salary within the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
