Your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be primarily remote, offering flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. • Develop innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each session, ensuring compliance with company protocols while reflecting client progress and treatment plans.
• Conduct a minimum of 25 client-facing visits per week, using a balanced approach to enhance your professional fulfillment and work-life integration.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including case managers, educators, medical personnel, and families, to coordinate comprehensive care for your clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Lead outreach efforts to foster community relationships that benefit client care and promote mental health awareness.
• Respond promptly to communication from the Clinical Director to maintain a seamless flow of information and care.
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented environment while embracing your individuality in practice.

The primary client base consists of children, adolescents, and their families within school settings. You will work closely with diverse populations, fostering a culturally competent practice that respects and incorporates clients' varied backgrounds and experiences. Your contributions will play a crucial role in enhancing the emotional and social resilience of young individuals.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and independent LCSW license.
• Comfort and effectiveness in engaging a diverse client base, with an understanding of different cultural contexts and needs.
• Strong proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems for documentation and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to set and maintain professional boundaries while fostering client trust and engagement.

• A minimum of two years of social work experience, particularly in school-based settings or working with children and adolescents.
• Experience in crafting comprehensive treatment plans and maintaining detailed clinical case notes.
• Proficiency in group therapy settings and individual counseling sessions.
• Strong outreach skills and a familiarity with community resources and networking opportunities.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
