Description
The Mobile Executive Director is responsible for the interim day-to-day management and operations of the assigned facility. This role sets standards of excellence to ensure success by aligning key business and people strategies, practices, and processes to ensure a productive environment that drives positive business results and meets or exceeds key performance indicators.
This position would be available for coverage as needed in our FL communities.
Requirements
Clearinghouse Screening: This position requires additional screening through FL Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse--link to site https://info.flclearinghouse.com/
Education: Associates Degree in Business or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred
Years of Experience: Two years of supervisory experience required. Healthcare experience preferred
License: License required according to state regulations
Other: Residence in state of FL preferred
