Remote Creative Content Creator information

What is a remote creative content creator?

A Remote Creative Content Creator is a professional who develops engaging digital content such as articles, videos, graphics, and social media posts for brands or organizations, all while working from a location outside of a traditional office. Their responsibilities typically include brainstorming ideas, creating and editing content, and collaborating with marketing teams through digital communication tools. This role allows for flexibility and often requires strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with creative software and online platforms. Remote Creative Content Creators may work as freelancers, contractors, or full-time employees for companies seeking to expand their online presence.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote creative content creator?

To thrive as a Remote Creative Content Creator, you need strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, often supported by a background in communications, marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with content management systems (like WordPress), graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva), and social media platforms is typically required. Creativity, time management, and self-motivation are crucial soft skills that help you consistently deliver engaging content while working independently. These qualities ensure content is both high-quality and strategically aligned with business goals, even in a remote work environment.

How does a remote creative content creator typically collaborate with team members across different time zones?

Remote Creative Content Creators often work with team members and clients located in various regions, which can pose communication and scheduling challenges. To ensure smooth collaboration, they typically rely on project management tools, regular video meetings, and clear documentation of ideas and feedback. Flexibility and proactive communication are key, as tasks like brainstorming, content reviews, and revisions often require asynchronous collaboration. This setup enables creative professionals to manage their own schedules while still delivering high-quality content in a timely manner.

Job description

WHY NEW ENGEN?

At New Engen, we help brands grow-not just bigger, but smarter. We're a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.

Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions-like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they're all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.

We're a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands-and each other-thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll support the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, keeping setup, links, tracking, audience segments, and creative requests moving accurately and on schedule. Working closely with Campaign Managers and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure programs launch and wrap cleanly, with opportunities to take on increasing ownership over time.

Build & Maintain Campaign Landing Pages
Build campaign landing pages for manager review and approval, linking relevant campaign documents within each page so everything stays organized and easy to find.

Generate Creator Links
Take the final CTA link for each campaign and add it to the portal to generate Bitly links for creators, making sure links are ready in time for launch.

Coordinate Add-to-Cart (ATC) Link Requests
Submit request forms for Add-to-Cart links and route final links to your manager for review once they're received.

Manage Audience Segment Requests
Request campaign purchase segments through DeepSync and IRI, and help build and maintain a shared tracker so managers can see what's been requested and completed at a glance.

Support Campaign Wrap-Up
Create post-analysis (PA) templates and complete landing page wrap-up processes, helping close out campaigns accurately and on schedule.

Maintain Campaign Tracking
Generate Opt Trackers and save them in the appropriate campaign folders, keeping documentation organized and ready for manager review.

Coordinate Creative Requests
Submit Canopy creative request forms, looping in managers as stakeholders so creative work keeps moving without delay.

Grow Into Client-Facing Work
Provide out-of-office (OOO) coverage for routine campaigns as needed, and take on client-facing communications over time-sharing influencer recommendations and campaign drafts for review with manager oversight-as you build toward greater ownership.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • 1-2 years of relevant marketing, project management, or advertising experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, requests, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive approach to identifying next steps, following up on outstanding items, and keeping projects moving.
  • Ability to learn new platforms, tools, and processes quickly.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in marketing, advertising, influencer marketing, social media, or campaign coordination.
PERKS & BENEFITS
  • Remote or hybrid work environment with flexible hours
  • Unlimited PTO + company holidays
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage
  • Life & AD&D insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid parental leave & family support
  • Pet care perks & insurance
  • Learning & career development programs
  • Commuter & transit benefits
  • Exclusive employee discounts

Salary Range: $50,000 - $63,000 annually
