• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate and understand the mental health needs of clients.
• Craft and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide high-quality counseling services—individual, couples, and group therapy—to a varied clientele, employing a range of therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams to maximize comprehensive care and treatment outcomes.

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be serving a wide range of clients, including individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and addiction issues. • Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.
