As a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work from the comfort of your home while staying connected with a supportive network of professionals. • Conduct thorough intake assessments for new clients, evaluating their emotional, psychological, and social needs.
• Formulate personalized, context-sensitive treatment plans based on assessment outcomes and client goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, to address clients' specific challenges.
• Engage clients in ongoing talk therapy sessions, modifying treatment approaches as necessary to enhance their healing process.
• Facilitate discussions around financial and emotional commitments involved in treatment, ensuring clients understand the scope and expectations.
• Promote self-reflection and develop coping strategies to help clients cultivate resilience and improve their relationship patterns.
• Regularly review clients' progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions to ensure adherence to organizational values and best practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field, with a focus on mental health.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• Demonstrated experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

Genuine Care Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome our new hires.
