• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand the mental health needs of patients, utilizing telehealth platforms for assessments and consultations.
• Provide tailored short-term counseling and crisis intervention services that address a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Facilitate online therapy groups and workshops that engage patients on topics such as coping strategies, resilience building, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and support services, to create and execute patient-centered treatment plans that involve ongoing evaluation and adjustment of therapeutic approaches.
• Participate in outreach initiatives including community wellness events, mental health awareness campaigns, and educational programs to promote resource access and reduce stigma.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records of patient interactions and treatment approaches in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of the mental health issues affecting diverse populations, particularly in a community health context.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in evidence-based practices and able to implement brief therapy models within a remote counseling framework.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage a varied caseload, and prioritize tasks according to clinical urgency.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Experience working in a community health setting or similar environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and remote therapy platforms.

• Annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 based on experience.
