• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific needs and concerns.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to various client demographics, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring that methods align with client goals.

• Stay current with the latest developments in mental health by attending workshops, obtaining certifications, and participating in professional development opportunities.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, preferably within clinical settings.

• Specialization in treating trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to the counseling profession.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related software to maintain client records and documentation.
