• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychologists, and health professionals, to provide holistic care and comprehensive client support.
• Participate in workshops and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and best practices.

Your clientele will include a diverse range of individuals and families who may be facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance use issues. Your role will be pivotal in not only offering therapeutic solutions but also in empowering clients to navigate their personal journeys toward recovery and resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.
• Proficient understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team to achieve positive client outcomes.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies.

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience working with clients dealing with substance misuse or addiction-related issues is highly desirable.
• A background in community health settings or similar environments is a plus.

• Annual salary between USD 70,000 and 90,000, dependent upon experience and caseload management.
