Familiarity with telemedicine platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and secure communication systems is crucial. Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently are important soft skills in this role. These competencies ensure effective remote care, patient safety, and smooth collaboration with healthcare teams despite the physical distance.
