Responsibilities:

  1. Automation Engineer for Middleware/Application Server.
  2. Duties include develop, deploy, troubleshoot CICD pipelines used to automate common middleware tasks such as configuration management, server provisioning, application deployment, etc.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Websphere App Server Administration, CI/CD Pipelines , Ansible Automation

Required Skills

  1. Hands-on experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server administration
  2. Strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, deployment, validation, and release processes across multiple environments
  3. Hands-on expertise in implementing automation solutions using Ansible, including playbook development, configuration management, server provisioning, deployment automation, middleware administration tasks, and operational support automation
  4. Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines with automation tools to support continuous delivery, environment consistency and reduced manual intervention
  5. Proficient in troubleshooting pipeline failures, deployment issues, and automation-related problems in enterprise production environments
  6. Experience working with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar pipeline orchestration platforms alongside Ansible automation frameworks
  7. Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  8. Experience in middleware security and SSL Configurations
