About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building scalable backend systems using Python.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and secure backend services and APIs using Python.
  • Implement configurable solutions that support customer-specific preferences without compromising code quality or long-term viability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend engineers, data engineers, product managers, and security analysts.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in backend development.

Required Qualifications
