The Family Therapist will engage with clients from the comfort of their own home or preferred space via telehealth services. Operating within a telehealth framework, our clinic utilizes advanced technology to facilitate seamless communication and documentation. The work hours for this position are flexible, falling primarily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess individual and family needs in the context of therapy, ensuring tailored approaches for each unique situation.
• Actively participate in clinical discussions, contributing family-centered perspectives to the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individualized, group, and joint counseling sessions as a member of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, enhancing therapeutic efficacy.
• Create and lead educational workshops focusing on substance use, mental health awareness, and fostering healthy family dynamics.
• Ensure rigorous clinical documentation, including progress notes, patient evaluations, and formal treatment plans, fostering transparency and efficacy in care.
• Collaborate effectively with other professionals and agencies, aiming to coordinate comprehensive and impactful treatment for clients.
• Engage in the clinic's quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for enhancement and apply best practice methodologies to address them.
• Maintain all relevant professional certifications and licenses while staying current with advances in the fields of counseling and mental health.

This role primarily serves clients experiencing substance use disorders, including their families. As a Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse demographic that ranges from adults to children, assisting them in overcoming challenges related to substance misuse and rebuilding familial relationships. The goal is to empower clients through therapeutic interventions to regain control of their lives while fostering healthier family dynamics.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona is required.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• A specialized focus or certification in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• A thorough understanding of legal and ethical considerations in the mental health field is crucial.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and workload.
