• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for clients, evaluating their history of substance abuse, mental health conditions, and overall treatment needs.
• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address addiction issues alongside underlying mental health challenges, leveraging proven therapeutic methodologies.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to foster client insight and promote long-term recovery.
• Collaborate closely with our diverse treatment team, which includes physicians, case managers, and nursing staff, ensuring that clients receive holistic and integrated care.
• Provide family education sessions to help loved ones understand addiction and support the recovery process of clients, creating a comprehensive support network.
• Maintain meticulous, confidential records and documentation in compliance with mental health regulations and ethical practices.

Our client base primarily consists of individuals grappling with substance abuse and related mental health disorders. We provide support to adults from various backgrounds, understanding that recovery is a deeply personal journey that requires empathy, respect, and tailored therapeutic interventions. You will be instrumental in guiding our clients toward regaining control of their lives and achieving lasting sobriety.

• A current and valid mental health license, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based approaches for treating substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Outstanding therapeutic skills, with a proven ability to develop rapport and motivate clients toward their recovery goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a collaborative treatment team.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in mental health counseling or addiction treatment settings.
• Specialized training or certification in addiction counseling or substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies to deliver remote therapy services effectively.
