SUMMARY:
Xactus is currently seeking to fill two (2) Reverification Processor roles. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate information is recorded and processed in our data management system. Upon identifying any errors or inconsistencies, this position will process reverifications in compliance with all documented departmental policies and procedures. Qualified individuals will possess a keen attention to detail, and a knack for auditing and verifying data.
These are full time, remote/work-from-home positions. The normal operating hours for the positions are 9:00am - 5:30pm ET. Our starting rate is $20.00 per hour, but compensation is commensurate with experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze data and documentation to determine when a re-verification should be created and sent to third party individuals and companies.
  • Complete re-verification form letters and input information into the Quality Control system.
  • Track, process, and follow-up on returned and non-responsive re-verification documentation.
  • Perform Verbal Re-verifications of Employment and Income as needed.
  • Upload documentation to client facing website.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years minimum experience as a residential mortgage processor or mortgage industry-related area is highly desired.

  • Familiarity with industry concepts, practices and procedures.
  • Analytical ability to develop reports and create supporting documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Effective prioritization skills and ability to multitask.
