• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, support systems, and personal goals.
• Deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive and client-centered treatment plans.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, assessing risk factors, and formulating safety plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups to foster connections among clients and provide vital psychoeducation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and facilitating seamless communication among the treatment team.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to promote a shared understanding and continuous improvement in service delivery.

As an LCSW in our Detox Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with substance use, dual diagnosis, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. This role emphasizes promoting recovery through compassionate, client-centered care, and understanding the complexities of each individual’s journey toward improved mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential for this role.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health or outpatient settings, demonstrating competence in therapeutic techniques.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities pertinent to mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with other professionals.

• Experience in substance use disorder treatment or detoxification services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technologies as a means to deliver remote care effectively.
• Previous involvement with crisis intervention and case management in a clinical setting.

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, in addition to a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
