• Conduct thorough initial interviews and assessments to gauge clients' mental health needs.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily serve clients seeking recovery from chemical dependency as well as those encountering different mental health disorders. • A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Possession of licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a counseling setting is required.
• Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters related to client and employee communications.
• Successful candidates will demonstrate a clear understanding of the importance of being drug-free and will not engage in misuse of alcohol or drugs during the course of their employment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients, families, and your professional team.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for counseling sessions to adapt to modern client needs.
