Job description

Upfront Plumbing, Drains, Heating, and Air is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Rep to join our remote team, serving the Idaho (Boise area) market. This is a full-time, year-round position offering stability, an hourly wage of $18 – $22 depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

The Customer Service Rep will work remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities. This schedule provides a consistent workweek while allowing you to perform your duties from a professional home office setup.


As a remote Customer Service Rep, you will begin each day as the primary point of contact for customers, managing a high volume of inbound calls. You will be responsible for maintaining control of each conversation, efficiently gathering necessary information, and ensuring calls are handled promptly without delay. Your tasks will include scheduling jobs by matching technicians to the appropriate assignments based on urgency, location, and skill set. Throughout the day, you will serve as the main communication liaison among customers, technicians, and management, keeping all parties informed of updates and changes. You will also be responsible for confirming appointments, rescheduling as needed, updating records, and ensuring that every customer interaction is completed with accuracy and follow-through.

  • Residence in Idaho (Boise area)
