Position Overview:The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for executing a high-volume recruitment strategy for a project critical to Arsenal Consulting and its clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, with the ability to pivot between strategic planning and hands-on execution. With the potential for an extension, this position is perfect for a highly motivated individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, hiring needs, and organizational goals. Develop tailored talent acquisition strategies aligned with these objectives.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Ensure a seamless and efficient process for all parties.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and targeted outreach, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
