Job Title :: Sr. Structural Designer 1 2 or 3

Location :: Birmingham ,AL Energy Center (Remote)

Contract :: 36 Months

Skills and Responsibilities

· High school graduate or equivalent required with additional technical training or experience.

· Position requires a minimum of 10 - 20+ years experience in Civil/Structural design and detailing of industrial and/or large commercial facilities.

· Steel/concrete detailing experience is required.

· Proficiency with creating in AutoCAD steel and concrete drawings for industrial or commercial projects.

· Foundation layout and details.

· Structural Steel layout and details.

· Have 3D modeling experience and produce clear, concise drawings.

· Experience with Advance Steel is a plus.

· Good organization skills with ability to balance multiple projects.

· Experience in performing site walkdowns, performing steel inspections and writing site reports is a plus.
