Job Description

The Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of contracts for the organization, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and maintaining agreements with vendors, clients, consultants, and partners. This role ensures contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, financial objectives, and operational standards while minimizing risk and supporting business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts and amendments
  • Ensure contractual compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Coordinate with legal, procurement, finance, and business teams during contract development
  • Monitor contract performance, deliverables, milestones, renewals, and expirations
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks and resolve disputes when necessary
  • Maintain contract databases and document management systems
  • Support vendor and supplier relationship management
  • Review terms related to pricing, service levels, confidentiality, indemnification, and liability
  • Track key contract metrics and prepare management reports
  • Ensure timely execution and renewal of agreements
  • Assist with audits and regulatory compliance activities
  • Develop and improve contract management procedures and best practices

Required Qualifications
