Summary:
Under the direction of the Senior Contract Administrator Manager, the Contract Administrator provides contract administration support across assigned departments and service lines. This role is responsible for promoting and ensuring adherence to ANTHC's procurement policies, accurate planning, development, submission, execution, and closeout of contractual agreements.
The Contract Administrator serves as a critical liaison between departmental stakeholders, Contract Managers, and Contracting and Procurement Leadership to ensure all contracts are properly structured, compliant, and aligned with organizational policies and financial requirements. This position plays a key role in minimizing errors, reducing rework, and improving overall contract lifecycle efficiency through proactive collaboration, system utilization, and data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment:
Contract Administrator II
• Serve as a central point of coordination between Contract Managers, departmental leadership, and Contracting to ensure accuracy of contract scope, structure, funding, and submission requirements. Meets with leadership to answer questions and align projects for transparency and visibility across the organization
• Partnering with Contract Officers on complete contract lifecycle management
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve issues, eliminate delays, and prevent downstream errors
• Work with appropriate stakeholders, staff, and leadership to develop service delivery standards that optimally support the delivery of the highest quality healthcare and support services to patients and other internal and external customers
• Engagement with Contract Administrator Manager on strategic procurement planning for high-visibility agreements
Contract Administrator III
• Works independently to serve as the point of contact between Contract Managers, departmental leadership, and contracting to ensure accuracy of contract scope, structure, funding, and submission requirements. Help write contractual scope language and guide CMs to meet policy and process requirements. Meets with senior leadership to answer questions and align projects for transparency and visibility across the organization
• Is a partner of the Contract Officers to complete contract lifecycle management
• Creates cross-functional communication to resolve issues, eliminate delays, and prevent downstream errors
• Work with appropriate stakeholders, staff, and leadership to develop service delivery standards that optimally support the delivery of the highest quality healthcare and support services to patients and other internal and external customers
• Engagement with Contract Administrator Manager on strategic procurement planning for high-visibility agreements
• With a deep understanding of the Contracting module, creates process documentation and provides training to users and new administrators
Contract Accuracy and Submission Integrity:
Contract Administrator II
• Collaborate with stakeholders to help create accurate requisitions that support scope, funding, and period of performance to facilitate project and funding approvals, minimize re-work and re-classes, drive efficiencies and productivity while fully driving compliance requirements
• Ensure all required documentation, approvals, and supporting details are included to minimize rework and processing delays
• Promote adherence to standardized contract build practices within ERP systems to ensure consistency and reporting accuracy
Contract Administrator III
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create accurate requisitions that support scope, funding, and period of performance to facilitate project and funding approvals, minimize re-work and re-classes, drive efficiencies and productivity while fully driving compliance requirements
