Required Qualifications:
• Lead enterprise architecture for conceptual and logical architectures
• Ability to work on multiple projects and help prioritize work and manage deployment risks.
• Identify and resolve integration challenges with other applications
• Responsible for overall design, architecture, and end-to-end of the implementation of Salesforce applications
• Hands-on coding experience, with a willingness to work with developers to resolve problems and provide mentorship
• Design solutions with Client-Side Scripting such as JavaScript
• Ability to implement and manage Salesforce implementations with a public domain/certificate management/single sign on/SP & IDP implementation experience
• Provide SME expertise for design/architecture to support development
• Troubleshoot bugs and fixes in production
• Use CI/CD tools, lead the source code management, and have the seamless release cycles
• Work with business teams to understand the business use case and come up with scalable design
• Maintain Technical design and code reviews for the individual projects
• Maintain the technical user stories for the project architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD)/Copado
  • Extensive understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience in development of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
  • Experience with SFDC specific IDE and version control configurations (Github, BitBucket) for Salesforce development (VS Code, IntelliJ, SFDX)
  • Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and "how-to" assistance.
  • Healthcare Service Industry or Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) experience
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
  • Experience with infrastructure in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as, but not limited to: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
  • Certified SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner or other Agile certification(s)

Preferred Skills and Certifications
Copado Metadata Fundamentals I (and II) would be preferred skills / certifications but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Design/Architecture of other programming languages such as Java/J2EE is preferred.
