About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and building lasting relationships with key clients and partners.

The Director of Sales will collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure consistent growth across all market segments.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results and accountability
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching, and conduct performance reviews for all sales team members
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team and individual performance
  • Drive the sales forecasting process and provide accurate revenue projections to executive leadership

QualificationsRequired

  • Strong skills in strategic planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
